We stand behind the quality of our tools. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy ensures a smooth process.
Returns:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order products
- Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused by improper handling
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Email us with proof (images or video) to initiate a replacement.
